Leaving Hoofprints Trail Team

The Leaving Hoofprints Trail Team is a youth group for ages 7-17.  As a team participants will work together on the Leaving Hoofprints Trail Challenges.  Kids earn prizes and awards for their achievements while learning all about horses!  Each week participants will select activities on the challenge list to complete with a HOPE horse and team.  Other activities include horse care, obstacle creation, trail riding, horse-related crafts and games. Participants can lead or ride a horse during activities.

Over seven weeks the Trail Team will document their journey while they take and prepare their pictures for prize submission! 

 

Details: Sessions are held weekly for 7 weeks.  Sign up for one or join all four: Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall!  The Trail Team meets weekly for 1.5 hours on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and one Sunday per month from 2-5pm.  Over seven weeks the Trail Team will document their journey while they take and prepare their pictures for prize submission!

Winter: January 21st - February 25th

Spring: April 1st - May 13th

Summer: June 10th - July 22nd

Fall: August 31st - October 12th

 

Costs: Regular cost for a 7 week session is $400, however, every participant will automatically receive a 50% scholarship!  A tax deductible donation of $200 is recommended to cover the remaining cost but additional scholarship funding can be applied for if needed.  No family will be turned away for financial hardship. Monthly payment plans are available.
