Hearts & Horses Yoga 4 Week Class

Hearts & Horses Yoga is an opportunity for women to come together to build body, mind, and soul alongside a gentle giant who will reward you just for being you.

We will ground ourselves in a short time of meditation, engage in some fun and enlightening yoga exercises —with a special focus on the back, hips, and core, and connect with yourself and others. Join us for all the down dog and horse nuzzles you can handle!

This is a beginner’s course; no yoga or horse experience is necessary. All activities are unmounted ~ horses will be at liberty in the arena.

Time & Dates: 7 - 8:30pm Wednesdays June 19th, 26th, July 17th & 31st

Cost: Thanks to generous donations the remaining cost after scholarships awarded is $100
