About the Event
HOPE offers a safe place to decrease stress, increase joy and reignite motivation. Over seven weeks you will discover methods to decrease stress, enhance energy, and create positive change as you explore your inner truth, heal your heart, and awaken your infinite potential.
Details: Sessions are held weekly for 7 weeks. Sign up for one or join all four: Winter, Spring, Summer & Fall! Hags with Nags meet weekly at 5:30pm on Mondays typically for 1.5 hours. This has been known to run over if we are having too much fun horsin’ around! Activities include loving on the HOPE herd, equine care, activities with the horses (leading, obstacles, trail riding, etc.) and a Serenity Circle.
Winter: January 12th - February 23rd
Spring: March 30th - MayMay 11th
