HEARTS & HORSES YOGA

1st Wednesday of Month

Hearts & Horses Yoga is an opportunity for women to come together to build body, mind, and soul alongside a gentle giant who will reward you just for being you.

We will ground ourselves in a short time of meditation, engage in some fun and enlightening yoga exercises —with a special focus on the back, hips, and core, and connect over tea. Join us for all the down dog and horse nuzzles you can handle!

This is a beginner’s course; no yoga or horse experience is necessary.  All activities are unmounted ~ horses will be at liberty in the arena.

Please contact us for additional information and upcoming events.

SERENIBE CIRCLE WOMEN'S GROUP

Last Thursday of Month

Come BE filled with Serenity

Our SereniBE Circle is an opportunity for women to come together on a regular basis and share joys and disappointments in a safe environment. Attend when your schedule permits.

Spending time in the powerful presence of horses allows us to see things in a different light. Awareness is the key to moving forward, and the combination of women and horses can do just that!

This is the perfect way to step away the busyness of life to relax, refresh, and refuel with other women. This is an evening to take a deep breath, sit with women without judgment and open your hearts.

We will talk, laugh, cry, share hopes and dreams, accomplishments and struggles and connect. Horses will be part of our evening – sometimes fireside, sometimes beneath the stars.

Whether you’re looking to find new perspectives or better connect to yourself and others SereniBE Circle is the place for you!

Each circle will end with a fifteen-minute drum experience
The drum brings the balancing of energy and helps integrate changes within. At the end of each evening you will have the opportunity to relax and align the tones that brings you a sense of peace and rejuvenation.

You will walk away inspired, encouraged, and ignited with a new fire as you set out to tackle the rest of your week.

What to wear:
We will be outside in the arena. It is not heated, so please dress in layers so you will be comfortable. You will also need closed toed shoes.

Please contact us for additional information and upcoming events.
